University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center Phase II

This seven-story, 488,000 sf biomedical research building is part of a four-phase integrated research complex of the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. Omniplan Architects collaborated with Edward Larrabee Barnes Architects in New York and Earl Walls of San Diego, on laboratory design. Included in this project was a 31,000 sf thermal energy plant and 134,000 sf of parking.
